NOTES:
These engines are not to be used in a previously certified vehicle or a custom motorcycle built from a previously certified vehicle. In order to complete EPA certification, all vehicles must have an N/V ratio (engine rpm divided by miles per hour in top gear) of 43.3; weight for vehicles with 96” and 113” engines must not exceed 992 lbs.; weight for vehicles with 124” engines must not exceed 1,058 lbs.; exhaust system selected must create back pressure within the specified limits (all the requirements are included in the engine package paperwork ).
